Our Camp Program
The Participants
Our campers are children ages 8 to 13, with a maximum
of 20 participants each session to insure individual attention.
We have a guide and an assistant for every 5 children. Though
currently our program is mainly in Spanish, we would
be happy to help your child to get fluent in this lenguage. Contact
us for details.
The Activities
The participants build greater self-confidence by discovering
their creative and physical abilities, while interacting with new
friends in a healthy atmosphere full of mutual respect. The children
will participate in:
- drawing and painting
- music and singing
- arts and crafts
- camping skills and nature hikes
- environmental education
- astronomy
- cycling
- bonfires
- use of wind and solar energy
- boat trips
- visits to aquaculture and fishing production centers.
The Camp
The camp is set in our facilities at the San Ignacio Lagoon (see
photos) , where we offer:
- lodging in cabins alongside the sea
- nutritious and tasty food
- educational materials
- transportation
- security equipment and insurance
- radio communication and basic medical services.
We are totally committed to the safety of all participants. All
the activities are guided and supervised by young, responsible
instructors trained to work with children.
Camp Sessions for 2005
For 2005 we have two camp sessions with transportation departing
from Tijuana and Ensenada:
- from July 2nd to the 10th.
- from July 9th to the 17th.
and one (new!)
departing from Cabo San Lucas and La Paz
- from July 16th to the 24th.
Because we are limited to 20 children in each group, it
is necessary to register as soon as possible
to assure a space.
